For centuries” Marchegiana” home cooking has excelled thanks to the custom of using the best of each season’s harvest. Homemade pasta is dressed with colours of the vegetables of that time of year, fish is caught locally by the local fishermen, our home-cured meats and salamis are mouth-wateringly delicious and follow a tradition of local farming and production.
